AT 6 - 1st April

 I have a trail name - Bittersweet. 

I’ll explain more later. I’m so glad I was in motel last night, it was heavy heavy rain with thunderstorm. Steak and beers put me to sleep great. One of the amigos said he would take a zero day ( a day not on trail) but then pulled out all together. Iron Snail (Mike) is gone. We’ll miss you man. 

So we are down to three. Scout, Lorie and me. But we’ve picked up Lennon. 


Picked up the pace today and did 12 miles. Tough but worth it. We are at Low gap shelter. We are in tent but it’s nice to have a shelter because everyone cooked and chats around it. 


Too tired to write more.

    Great job Steve and sounds like a good start. Only catching up with you now. In Florence on way to a wedding on Tuesday - I did 20,000 steps yesterday and have no idea how you are doing your distances 😂 C
