AT 159 - 3rd September [101.2]

 



Logging road near stream. 


Great breakfast at hostel then paid my bill.  Shuttle got us back to trail at 8:30, later start than when camping. Had lunch at a beautiful waterfall. Kept the miles down on first day since we are hiking with 6 or 7 days food. High Route got stung by a hornet, he said run and I ran!!!!  Had a swim in stream pool (given up counting). Great 1st day in HMW. One river crossing that needed shoes off, easy enough.
