I got up at 5:30 and went to kitchen to make breakfast. I had left my food on the counter the night before. Ants had invaded everything. I got rid of most but I couldn’t get them all out of my porridge . So I just had ant flavoured porridge. Walked for 2 hours to next town. I went to Presbyterian church and lived meeting my brother and sisters in Christ. I was invited to lunch with Shane & Krystal, they offered me a bed for the night. They drove me back to the trail after lunch so could walk the missed bit and rejoined them. I went with K to a special evening service in another church. Ian McCormack, a man who had a near-death experience after being stung by five box jellyfish in 1988 and now shares his story of seeing heaven. Very interesting.
