AT 144 - 19th August [257.1]

Pine Ellis Lodging.

Glad I was in the shelter because it rain overnight. Left early to get down to road to meet Matt. Pass a beautiful waterfall. Had a swim #33 to freshen up to met my granddaughter. Spent the day with Matt and Bea. Went to Bethel for lunch and resupply. Dropped back to hostel and washed cloths. Getting back to trail tomorrow for 3 days to get to Rangeley. Southern Maine is not easy and smaller miles is advisable.
