AT 167 - 11th September [0.0] (K Day)

Top of the world

Slept ok and had a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. Headed out at 7am in the rain. By 9 rain stopped and we got above clouds and got a good view but the clouds then rose to the top of K. Got to the top by 11 and got THE photo and I shared marshmallows with others there. Headed down relieved to have completed 2198.6 miles and still be in one piece. Now for some rest at Matt & Mandy’s and especially baby Bea.

I will keep writing for a few day with post AT reflections.
